Chef Tiffany grew up in the verdant countryside of Vietnam were she spent her childhood growing fruits and vegetables while learning organic and sustainable farming practices. Honing her skills in the kitchen and working with seasonal, fresh, ingredients began early working alongside generations of women in their home kitchen.

 

Before moving to the United States, Chef Tiffany attended a renown Culinary School in Saigon where her passion for Vietnamese cuisine was realized and her culinary craft perfected.

Hearty Gourmet Kitchen focuses on preparing wholesome, fresh, and delicious Vietnamese meals. HGK offers lunchbox delivery to businesses throughout Lamorinda, Walnut Creek & Alamo in addition to catering for offices and parties.

Chef Tiffany lives in Lamorinda with her husband and two sons. After taking a break to raise her two boys, Chef Tiffany launched Hearty Gourmet Kitchen with the mission of sharing her passion for home-cooked authentic Vietnamese Soul Food with the East Bay community.
